  2. Our flexible return and exchange window remains open for 14 days from the day your order is delivered.
  3. To be eligible, items must be mostly intact and gently used — with at least 90% of the original content remaining.
  4. We aim to handle all return and exchange requests swiftly, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
  5. Kindly note: shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  6. For product exchanges, customers will need to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  7. Orders above Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only — refunds are not available on these high-value orders.
  8. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or leaking item, we’ll take full responsibility and cover all return or exchange shipping costs.
